A Salad Pep-Me-Up

While traveling over the holidaze I realized I went an entire 5 days sans a proper salad. Unheard of! Shock and scandal!
Happily back on home turf I just put together a new favorite dressing and want to share it.  'Undoubtedly nothing new in the history of dressings, but it's new to moi!



Blend equal parts:

• Vegenaise  (vegan mayo)
• Lemon juice
• Spicy brown mustard

Et voila! Zippy and creamy at the same time.
