Why so chere, ma chéri?

People often ask why Eco Fashion is more expensive.  In our case we would answer that it's because we make everything one-at-a-time.  Mass production techniques aren't possible when you do this.  We can't cut, for example, 10 panels for a T shirt Scarf in bulk because they are from individual t shirts, not bolts of fabric.  A lot of Eco Fashion is "Slow Fashion" in this manner.
Aside from that, there are multitude reasons that explain the expense, and this article sheds light if you're curious:

More cashmere scarves

Posted some blue and purple cashmere today and 2 music themed T Scarves also.
To celebrate I made a new treasury:
my pink valentine treasury

Photography note:  Sometimes I can't get the colors to come out well in photos no matter what I try for lighting (indoors).  Does anyone have constructive photo hints?!

Cashmere ON SALE! Scarves ON SALE!

Don't you hate when stores promote a sale with the unsavory banner of "EVERYTHING MUST GO!"?  But, where should it go?  And... WHY?? What's wrong with it?!

We're just having a "WRAP- UP some savings SALE" to celebrate the dawn of 2012

The Find Houston - very excited! Come see us!

On Saturday, December 3rd, we will be at The FIND Houston, a special Pop-Up emerging style designer sale held at Hughes Hangar, which is a very glamorous speak-easy-like watering hole, dahling!
Here's the link if you want to know more:
The FIND

I'm bringing all the scarves you could ever want from ultra-luxe Cashmere to rock star T-shirt wrapperie.  "Wrapperie" - hmmm, I like it.  Add that to Webster's New Collegiate.  (wrapperie: noun; an item to wrap oneself in, i.e. scarf, shawl, capelet, scarflett, etc.!)

See you then...

new T-Scarves! Tshirts recycled into fab scarves...

Ramping back up after the holidaze has been sloooowwww at best.  Somewhere I dropped some motivation between the 'nog & the recycling of wrapping paper.
BUT - here they are, some new T Scarves.  Take a peek!
T's from around the world in bright colors - TRAVEL themed!
I've made them 90" long so they can double, triple wrap.  The fringe is now a bit shorter too, and I like the look a lot better.  I deprive the landfill of TEN, count 'em, 10!, t shirts for every scarf.  The sleeves and backs are being used for skirts too - no waste.  Gotta love it.

Cotton is oh-so much nicer than wool - no itch!

And, if chit-chat gets dull you can whip off your scarf and start it up again...
My fave - a drinking themed one:-0  Know some Valentine that would like it?

Another Global Travel themed one n neutral, unisex colors
