HodgePodge-y: Marc Jacobs & 50s Chair

This post makes no sense no matter what angle you approach it from, but I guess that's my day today.

First - LOVE this 1955 Chair by Martin Eisler.  I'm not sure it's very comfortable, but it sure is sleek and groovy

Second - Marc Jacobs and the Pilgrim Shoe thing for Fall - what do we think about that???  I just can't get excited.  I do like the cropped leg with them, and they DO look comfortable compared to the monster platform trend, but... hmmm.  The floral textured vamp ones are fun, but still - on the fence.  Pink?  Maybe.  Will have to try on.

I know Marc Jacobs is the fashion editor's darling but sometimes....

 I adore the mad hatter hats.  These two are charming.

It will be interesting to see what survived the theatrics and actually hits stores.
